- Deliver exceptional customer service to casino guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
- Monitor gaming areas to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests
- Assist in resolving disputes or issues that may arise during guest interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry, preferably in a casino or entertainment venue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Basic knowledge of casino games and gaming regulations is advantageous
