- Deliver personalized guest interactions exceeding expectations at all touchpoints
- Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Utilize Marriott's systems to maintain accurate guest preference profiles
- Upsell premium services and amenities based on guest profiles
- Execute memorable arrival/departure rituals for VIP guests
- Monitor and analyze guest feedback to drive service improvements
- Mentor junior staff on Marriott's service excellence standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality or customer-facing leadership roles
- Fluency in English and Tagalog with additional language skills preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Marriott's OPERA property management system
- Proven track record in conflict resolution and service recovery
- Strong emotional intelligence and cultural awareness
- Ability to maintain composure during peak operational periods
- Certification in guest experience management (e.g., LEED, AHLEI) advantageous
