Tanggung Jawab

  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs and preferences to deliver highly personalized, bespoke experiences.
  • Execute the signature St. Regis Butler service, including unpacking/packing of luggage, pressing garments, and serving beverages.
  • Provide curated, insider recommendations for dining, shopping, and cultural attractions within the vibrant Central Region.
  • Manage guest correspondence and orchestrate special requests, anniversaries, and corporate events with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
  • Resolve guest concerns with grace and inventiveness, transforming challenges into moments of heartfelt hospitality.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local area to provide accurate, insightful assistance.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on guest trends and operational efficiencies.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting, preferably in Guest Relations, Butler Service, or Concierge.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; multilingual fluency (English, Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean) is highly advantageous.
  • Deep-seated understanding of elite service standards and the psychological nuances of luxury clientele.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with an unwavering attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Experience with property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS) is preferred.
