Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest journey
- Proactively address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with timely solutions
- Personalize experiences based on guest preferences and feedback
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless service delivery
- Handle guest complaints diplomatically while maintaining brand standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics and implement improvement strategies
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation
- Participate in regular service training and team meetings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Problem-solving ability with a guest-centric approach
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and resilience in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
