- Manage day-to-day concierge and bell operations with efficiency and professionalism
- Provide exceptional guest service, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle special requests, reservations, and arrangements for guests
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and transportation options
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes for all guests
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high service standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in concierge, bell services, or similar guest-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
- Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness
- Extensive knowledge of Singapore, especially the Orchard area
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional appearance and presentation
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable
- Customer service mindset with a passion for creating memorable experiences
