Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm and professional welcome and farewell to all Executive Lounge guests, ensuring a personalized touch.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization within the lounge area at all times.
- Prepare and serve a selection of beverages, light refreshments, and snacks in accordance with our premium service standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address inquiries or requests to ensure a seamless stay.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to coordinate guest arrivals and departures efficiently.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety regulations while handling food and beverage equipment.
- Handle guest feedback constructively and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably within an Executive Lounge or high-end F&B setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact fluently in English (and other languages are a plus).
- Exceptional grooming standards and a professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Proficient in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for exceeding guest expectations.
- Willingness to undergo training as part of the i-Job Program.
