- Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a flawless and efficient process.
- Anticipate guests' needs and provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions.
- Coordinate with the St. Regis Butler service to deliver bespoke in-room experiences and amenities.
- Manage guest profiles and preferences within the hotel's CRM system to tailor every interaction.
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with diplomacy, empathy, and immediate effectiveness.
- Facilitate reservations for exclusive experiences, including spa treatments, fine dining, and luxury transport.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of St. Regis traditions, global brand standards, and local luxury trends.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless, integrated guest journey from arrival to farewell.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment in a guest-facing role (Front Office, Concierge, or Butler service preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a distinct advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate and fulfill guest needs with a proactive and intuitive approach.
- Professional demeanor with a polished appearance and a passion for delivering world-class service.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced luxury setting.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A natural storyteller with deep local knowledge of Singapore's luxury scene, culture, and hidden gems.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is highly regarded.
