Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for creating unforgettable guest journeys? PT. Ubud Hot Stone is looking for a dynamic Guest Experience & Front Office Manager to become the heart of our property. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, acting as the vital bridge between our operational excellence and total guest satisfaction.

We are seeking a proactive leader who understands that luxury is found in the details. You will oversee all front-of-house operations, mentor our reception team, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects the tranquility and high standards of our Ubud location. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee all Front Office operations, including check-in/check-out processes, concierge services, and guest communication.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Develop and implement SOPs to ensure a seamless and personalized arrival and departure experience for all guests.
  • Train, mentor, and manage the front-desk team to maintain high service standards and hospitality excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms and property facilities meet quality expectations.
  • Manage booking platforms, OTA profiles, and internal reservation systems to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Monitor guest feedback via online reviews and surveys, implementing actionable improvements based on insights.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Front Office management, preferably within the boutique hotel or luxury spa resort sector in Bali.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing hospitality teams.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and online booking channels.
  • A deep understanding of the Ubud hospitality market and local culture.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while multi-tasking.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
