You will lead, coach, and motivate our crew members, manage inventory and cash control, and step up to resolve any challenges that arise during your shift.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily shift operations to ensure optimal efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of crew members to achieve performance targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain rigorous food safety, quality, and sanitation standards in compliance with McDonald's policies.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stock rotation to minimize waste.
  • Conduct cash handling procedures, including register reconciliations and daily sales reports.
  • Resolve guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.
  • Assist in training new crew members and supporting their development within the restaurant.
  • Implement local restaurant marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to drive sales.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
  • Customer-service oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays on a rotating shift basis.
  • Basic knowledge of financial reporting and inventory management is a plus.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as per government regulations.
