Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage with guests to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist customers with digital ordering kiosks and provide guidance on menu options.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Monitor dining area cleanliness and presentation to maintain McDonald’s global brand standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to streamline order flow during peak shopping hours.
- Facilitate promotional activities and enhance the overall in-store dining experience.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Energetic, friendly personality with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Well-groomed appearance and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Authorized to work in Malaysia.
