Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Train and mentor new team members on McDonald's standards and procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
