- Lead and mentor the guest experience team to deliver exceptional hospitality standards
- Design, implement, and optimize tour itineraries and operational workflows
- Oversee end-to-end guest journey from booking to post-stay follow-up
- Resolve guest concerns proactively and implement service improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless tour operations
- Analyze guest feedback metrics to drive continuous service enhancements
- Train staff on hospitality protocols, safety procedures, and destination knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality/tourism management with proven team leadership
- Expertise in tour operations, logistics, and itinerary management
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to adapt to changing conditions
- Strong communication skills in English and local dialects
- Deep knowledge of Palawan's tourism landscape and attractions
- Proficiency in hospitality software and reservation systems
- Valid first aid and emergency response certifications
