Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for beauty and luxury wellness? Bio Tosca Aesthetics is seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented Guest Experience Manager to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the face of our clinic, ensuring that every guest receives a world-class, premium experience from the moment they walk through our doors until they leave.

As the Guest Experience Manager, you will oversee front-of-house operations, foster a culture of excellence among staff, and act as a brand ambassador for our luxury aesthetics services. We are looking for someone with an impeccable eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to turn standard visits into memorable, high-end experiences for our discerning clientele.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and oversee the entire guest journey to ensure a seamless, luxury experience in alignment with brand standards.
  • Manage front-desk operations, including scheduling, patient check-in/check-out processes, and billing with utmost professionalism.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest feedback, resolving concerns promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
  • Train and mentor front-of-house staff on etiquette, luxury service standards, and product knowledge.
  • Analyze guest satisfaction data and implement service improvements to elevate the clinic's reputation.
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure a smooth flow of service and minimize patient wait times.
  • Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and high-end clinic atmosphere at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end aesthetic clinics.
  • Proven track record in guest service management or front-of-house leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • A polished, professional appearance with a friendly, welcoming, and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and standard office administrative tools.
