As a remote specialist, you will act as the bridge between our properties and our guests. This role requires a high level of reliability, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We offer a competitive salary of ₱17,500 per month for a part-time commitment, providing you with the flexibility to work from home while supporting our clients' properties in Australia.
Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to guest inquiries and booking requests promptly via email, chat, and phone.
- Coordinate seamless check-in and check-out procedures, including providing access codes and instructions.
- Manage property maintenance requests and coordinate with local cleaning staff and handymen.
- Monitor and update online listing platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo) to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to ensure high cleanliness and safety standards.
- Handle post-stay feedback and reviews professionally to maintain a 5-star rating.
- Prepare and organize guest welcome kits and amenities.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential for clear communication with Australian clients.
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by guest schedules.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
