We are currently seeking a dynamic, analytical, and highly motivated Guest Experience & Revenue Manager to join our growing team. As our Guest Experience & Revenue Manager, you will take full ownership of the guest journey from the moment of booking until check-out. You will ensure that every guest enjoys a flawless, memorable stay at our luxury villas by coordinating closely with our on-the-ground operations teams. Simultaneously, you will leverage your analytical skills to optimize our presence on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and utilize advanced tools like PriceLabs to maximize our daily revenue and occupancy rates.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end guest experience, ensuring exceptional service standards and personalized touches across all luxury villas.
- Manage and optimize OTA listings (Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, etc.) to maximize visibility, ranking, and conversion rates.
- Utilize PriceLabs and other revenue management tools to implement effective dynamic pricing strategies based on market demand.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to adjust revenue strategies and forecast future occupancy.
- Handle high-level guest inquiries, special requests, and post-stay feedback promptly to maintain top-tier review scores.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the housekeeping, maintenance, and front office teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and execute targeted promotional campaigns to boost occupancy and revenue during off-peak seasons.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly revenue performance reports for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in guest relations and revenue management within the luxury hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in OTA channel management platforms and dynamic pricing tools (e.g., PriceLabs, SiteMinder, Cloudbeds).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic, profitable pricing decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong dedication to world-class customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment and manage multiple operational priorities effectively.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English; additional languages are considered a strong asset.
- In-depth knowledge of the Bali hospitality and tourism market, specifically the Canggu area.
