Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure that members consistently receive all benefits and entitlements during their stay.
- Provide special recognition and personalized service to repeat guests and VIPs.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve any issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments to deliver seamless experiences.
- Maintain accurate guest history records and preferences in the system.
- Assist in handling guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the loyalty program team to enhance member engagement.
- Participate in daily briefings and training to uphold service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a guest service or front office role within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a passion for service excellence.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
