Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily Airbnb and OTA operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams for prompt issue resolution
  • Implement and optimize property listing strategies across multiple platforms
  • Monitor guest reviews and feedback to drive continuous service improvements
  • Train and mentor staff on hospitality best practices and operational standards
  • Develop SOPs for check-in/check-out processes and guest communication protocols
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and booking conversions

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years in hospitality or property management with supervisory experience
  • Proven expertise managing Airbnb/OTA operations and channel management
  • Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems
