Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily Airbnb and OTA operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and support teams for prompt issue resolution
- Implement and optimize property listing strategies across multiple platforms
- Monitor guest reviews and feedback to drive continuous service improvements
- Train and mentor staff on hospitality best practices and operational standards
- Develop SOPs for check-in/check-out processes and guest communication protocols
- Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance property visibility and booking conversions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years in hospitality or property management with supervisory experience
- Proven expertise managing Airbnb/OTA operations and channel management
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in property management software and CRM systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills with staff training and development experience
