Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a seamless and memorable guest journey.
- Lead, train, and mentor the front-line team to uphold brand standards and service excellence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor service quality through regular inspections and guest feedback analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent communication and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Indonesian is a plus).
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest complaints effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Valid Sertifikat Pelatihan Keahlian (Sertifikat Kompetensi) is preferred.
