As a Guest Experience Support Senior, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service at our premium wellness center specializing in Lymphatic Massage and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded
- Manage guest inquiries, appointments, and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Assist in the smooth operation of the wellness center, including coordinating with therapists and other staff
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized environment in all guest areas
- Handle guest feedback and concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary
- Support the implementation of wellness programs and promotional activities
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve guest experience and service quality
- Stay updated on our wellness services, particularly Lymphatic Massage and TCM offerings
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality or wellness industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic office software
- Knowledge of wellness practices, particularly massage and TCM, is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
