As a Team Leader, you will serve as the heartbeat of our guest arrival and departure experience. You will mentor team members, ensure seamless operational efficiency, and act as an ambassador for the Four Seasons brand, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and personalized service.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise daily Front Office operations to ensure a seamless and personalized guest journey from check-in to check-out.
  • Provide active leadership, coaching, and mentorship to front-line staff to uphold Four Seasons' brand standards.
  • Resolve complex guest inquiries and service challenges with empathy, efficiency, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Security departments to ensure holistic guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback to implement continuous service improvements.
  • Oversee accurate property management system (PMS) operations, including room assignments and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and internal service protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Relations within a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera or similar).
  • A polished, professional appearance and a warm, welcoming demeanor.
  • Flexible availability, including the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
