Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest service across all touchpoints including entry, seating, and event coordination
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve inquiries with personalized solutions
- Manage VIP reservations and ensure seamless experiences for high-profile clientele
- Collaborate with beverage, food, and entertainment teams to create cohesive guest journeys
- Maintain venue standards through consistent cleanliness and operational excellence
- Act as brand ambassador by embodying FINNS' energetic and luxurious atmosphere
- Support event operations including set-up, crowd management, and post-event breakdown
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or tourism roles
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Passion for Bali's tourism industry and local culture
- Basic knowledge of beverage service and POS systems preferred
