- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus, offering recommendations.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale system.
- Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table settings.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Clean and reset tables between service periods to maintain operational flow.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar Guest Relations, Waiter, or Waitress role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling bills and making change.
