Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Escort guests to their tables and present menus, offering recommendations.
  • Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using the Point of Sale system.
  • Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper table settings.
  • Address guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Clean and reset tables between service periods to maintain operational flow.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar Guest Relations, Waiter, or Waitress role is preferred but not strictly required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic math skills for handling bills and making change.
