Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage guest reservations and check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
  • Handle special requests and personalized arrangements for VIP guests
  • Maintain accurate guest records and preference databases

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
  • Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
