Your expertise in hospitality settings—whether gained through flight attendant duties, sales promotions, SPG roles, caddy services, or frontline hotel positions—will ensure our guests feel welcomed and valued throughout their journey. Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized assistance to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay
  • Proactively address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with prompt solutions
  • Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to resolve operational issues
  • Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and documentation
  • Maintain detailed guest records and preferences to personalize future interactions
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with management to implement service improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Flight Attendant, Sales, SPG, Caddy, Customer Service, or Front Liner roles within hospitality industry
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong cultural sensitivity
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure and professionalism
  • Proficiency in property management systems and office software
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
  • Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
