As the face of our property, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from arrival to departure.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents and visitors, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to luxury and comfort. Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome guests and residents with a personalized, professional, and warm demeanor upon arrival.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to ensure guest satisfaction and property standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the property’s facilities, services, and local Bali attractions to provide expert recommendations.
  • Monitor and update guest profiles to facilitate personalized future stays and improve service delivery.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including processing payments and maintaining accurate front office records.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar Guest Relation or Front Office role, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure while managing multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
