Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized guest interactions and problem resolution
  • Manage reservation systems, check-in/check-out processes, and room assignments
  • Actively upsell hotel services, facilities, and special packages to maximize revenue
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, implementing corrective actions
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and feedback for service improvement
  • Assist with special events and VIP guest arrangements to create memorable experiences

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service role
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous
  • Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) and MS Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Professional appearance with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Jakarta tourism attractions and local amenities
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
