Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver warm, personalized greetings and assistance to all guests upon arrival and departure
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with prompt, effective solutions
- Coordinate seamlessly with housekeeping, concierge, and dining teams to ensure flawless service delivery
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handle special requests and VIP arrangements with discretion and attention to detail
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, transportation, and cultural events
- Document guest preferences and feedback to continuously enhance service quality
- Uphold brand standards and maintain pristine reception area conditions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in guest relations or front desk operations (luxury hospitality preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software
- Professional appearance and polished interpersonal demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine passion for Bali's tourism industry and cultural heritage
- Certification in hospitality management is advantageous
