Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and provide accurate information regarding property facilities and services.
- Act as the primary liaison between guests and various internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as guest registration, record-keeping, and appointment scheduling.
- Proactively identify guest needs and provide personalized recommendations to enhance their stay or visit.
- Monitor the reception and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company presentation standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company promotions, local events, and site amenities to better serve our guests.
- Resolve minor guest complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service, front office, or guest relation role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, and property management systems).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
