Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions through personalized service and cultural awareness
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Process check-in/check-out procedures accurately while maintaining high service standards
- Upsell hotel services, tours, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Maintain detailed guest preference records for personalized future interactions
- Conduct regular lobby area inspections to ensure pristine presentation standards
- Assist in VIP guest arrivals and special event coordination
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years in hospitality/customer service role with luxury property experience preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly desirable
- Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of Balinese culture, attractions, and tourism ecosystem
- Professional appearance with ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera/Simphony) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid First Aid and Food Handling certificates advantageous
- High school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
