Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Communicate fluently in Arabic to assist Middle Eastern guests with inquiries, reservations, and special requests.
- Manage guest relations efficiently, handling complaints or feedback with grace and a focus on resolution.
- Provide detailed information about our menu, including ingredients and dietary options (e.g., Halal verification).
- Coordinate with the floor staff and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and dining spaces.
- Build and maintain a database of regular clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or the restaurant industry is preferred.
- Prior experience working in a Middle Eastern or fine-dining restaurant is a strong plus.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and excellent personal hygiene standards.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
