- Deliver warm, personalized greetings and seating arrangements for all guests
- Manage reservation systems and optimize table turnover efficiency
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve concerns with grace
- Collaborate with FOH teams to ensure seamless service execution
- Upsell premium menu items and beverage offerings strategically
- Maintain detailed knowledge of menu, ingredients, and allergens
- Collect guest feedback and implement improvement initiatives
- Coordinate VIP experiences and special event arrangements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality or fine dining guest relations
- Exceptional Bahasa Indonesia and English fluency
- Proficient in reservation management systems
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Food safety and service certification preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
