Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and register guests with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests.
  • Provide comprehensive information about company services and facility amenities.
  • Maintain high standards of service quality and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any guest-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage booking appointments and handle check-in/check-out processes accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area that reflects the premium brand image of LIT Group.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or guest relations role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and booking management systems.
  • Willingness to work on a contract basis and flexible shift hours.
