- Warmly welcome guests and manage the front-of-house arrival experience to ensure a 5-star standard.
- Proactively manage guest feedback and resolve concerns with diplomacy and professionalism to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with high-volume reservations and coordinate special requests for VIPs and large groups.
- Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, providing detailed information regarding our menu, events, and venue history.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the floor, bar, and kitchen teams to facilitate smooth operational flow.
- Maintain a polished, professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting the premium image of Ku De Ta.
- Monitor and manage the restaurant's atmosphere, ensuring ambiance, music, and lighting meet company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a high-end restaurant or 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and service etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a calm and composed attitude under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Highly organized, well-groomed, and possess a warm, engaging personality.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multicultural team.
