Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservation systems and table turnover efficiency
- Proactively address guest inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless order execution and timing
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain pristine front-of-house standards including ambiance, cleanliness, and table settings
- Document guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service protocols and brand standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles within hospitality
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic POS software
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments while maintaining composure
- Professional appearance with polished interpersonal etiquette
- Knowledge of local tourism/hospitality trends preferred
- High school diploma; hospitality certification advantageous
