Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, personalized welcome and assistance to all guests
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for seamless guest experiences
- Manage guest feedback and implement service improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest areas
- Support marketing initiatives through social media engagement
- Assist in training new staff on service standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and cultural awareness
- Basic knowledge of Ubud's attractions and local culture
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in reservation systems and POS software
