As a GRO, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for delivering an unforgettable experience to our international and local clientele.

Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome guests at the entrance with a professional and upbeat attitude.
- Manage guest lists, reservations, and table bookings to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Maintain high standards of hospitality and provide VIP treatment to all visitors.
- Communicate effectively with the bar, security, and management teams to resolve guest needs.
- Act as an ambassador for the Vault brand, maintaining a polished and professional image.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace and efficiency.
- Monitor the club floor to ensure guests are having a safe and enjoyable experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Hostess, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse guests.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written); proficiency in other languages is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, late-night entertainment environment.
- Professional grooming and a vibrant, confident personality.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for booking and reservation systems.
