Kualifikasi

  • Native or fluent Mandarin speaker (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 2 years in hotel guest relations or customer service
  • Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
