In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for orchestrating seamless guest experiences from the moment they arrive until their departure.

Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and welcome all guests, ensuring a personalized arrival experience.
- Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow.
- Proactively gather guest feedback and address any concerns or complaints with tact and professionalism.
- Liaise between front-of-house and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and special requests are met.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu to provide informed recommendations and upsell promotional items.
- Monitor the dining room atmosphere and proactively identify ways to enhance guest comfort.
- Collect and record guest preferences to improve personalized service for future visits.
- Assist with special event coordination and private dining arrangements as required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar guest relations or front-of-house role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian; ability to speak additional languages is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a friendly, polished, and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Polished appearance and alignment with professional grooming standards.
- High level of reliability and flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for reservation software and administrative tasks.
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage trends.
