Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival with professional demeanor
- Managing check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using hotel systems
- Handling guest inquiries and providing detailed information about services
- Resolving guest complaints promptly and maintaining satisfaction
- Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate transaction records
- Monitoring lobby area for cleanliness and operational readiness
- Participating in daily briefings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; hospitality certification preferred
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or hospitality
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written/spoken)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reservation systems
- Flexible working schedule including weekends and holidays
