Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and greet all guests, ensuring a seamless check-in or reservation seating experience.
- Manage restaurant reservations and coordinate with floor staff to ensure optimal seating flow.
- Proactively address guest inquiries, feedback, and special requests to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to streamline front-of-house operational efficiency.
- Monitor the dining area atmosphere and maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Handle incoming calls and digital guest communications with professional courtesy and accuracy.
- Support the service team during peak hours to ensure consistent delivery of service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or high-end dining environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Proficiency in restaurant reservation systems and basic office software.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
