Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing information and assistance with inquiries and concerns
- Manage resident check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
- Coordinate and arrange resident activities, events, and outings to enhance quality of life
- Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, preferences, and special requirements
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic care and address resident needs effectively
- Handle feedback and complaints professionally, implementing solutions to improve resident satisfaction
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to showcase the facility's services and amenities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior care environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic approach
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Proficiency in office software and experience with hospitality management systems
- Certification in first aid and basic life support is advantageous
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
