Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, providing information and assistance with inquiries and concerns
  • Manage resident check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
  • Coordinate and arrange resident activities, events, and outings to enhance quality of life
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, preferences, and special requirements
  • Collaborate with care teams to ensure holistic care and address resident needs effectively
  • Handle feedback and complaints professionally, implementing solutions to improve resident satisfaction
  • Assist in marketing and promotional activities to showcase the facility's services and amenities

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, empathetic approach
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
  • Proficiency in office software and experience with hospitality management systems
  • Certification in first aid and basic life support is advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
