Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service to guests, ensuring all needs and inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and premium guests, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Manage guest registration processes and facilitate smooth check-ins/check-outs for casino facilities.
- Resolve guest feedback or complaints promptly, ensuring service recovery is handled with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including security, food and beverage, and floor operations, to maintain operational excellence.
- Maintain accurate guest records and documentation in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the promotion of loyalty programs and upcoming marketing events to enhance guest engagement.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse guest demographics.
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure casino environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and guest management software.
- Willingness to work on a shift-rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presentation standards.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
