Tanggung Jawab

  • Deliver world-class customer service to guests, ensuring all needs and inquiries are addressed with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for VIP and premium guests, maintaining a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Manage guest registration processes and facilitate smooth check-ins/check-outs for casino facilities.
  • Resolve guest feedback or complaints promptly, ensuring service recovery is handled with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including security, food and beverage, and floor operations, to maintain operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and documentation in accordance with corporate policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in the promotion of loyalty programs and upcoming marketing events to enhance guest engagement.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or luxury hospitality operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse guest demographics.
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure casino environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and guest management software.
  • Willingness to work on a shift-rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation standards.
  • Excellent command of English; proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
