- Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures and reservation management
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and F&B departments for seamless service
- Maintain accurate guest preference records and special request documentation
- Participate in daily briefings and service improvement initiatives
- Support VIP guest handling and special event operations
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in hospitality, tourism, or business-related program
- Native-level Japanese language proficiency (written and verbal)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Valid work permit for Singapore
