We are looking for a dedicated Guest Relations Officer to join our team in Central Region, Singapore. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
You’ll handle a variety of responsibilities, from greeting and checking in guests with a warm smile to addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Your day‑to‑day tasks will involve coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and food & beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will also manage reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate records while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
As a Guest Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall guest experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with special requests such as arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, and handling VIP arrangements. You will also contribute to maintaining the reception area's cleanliness and presentation, ensuring it reflects our brand's high standards.

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly, providing appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process reservations, payments, and maintain guest records in compliance with company policies.
- Assist in organizing special events, VIP arrangements, and providing local information.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the reception area.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest relations, front desk, or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and composure under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn property management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay) are advantageous.
