Tanggung Jawab

  • Welcome and host guests with genuine warmth and professionalism from arrival through to departure.
  • Act as the primary touchpoint for VIPs and special-interest guests, ensuring their unique preferences are carefully coordinated and met.
  • Respond to guest feedback, questions, and concerns promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Collaborate dynamically with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
  • Promote hotel dining, spa services, art collections, and curated local cultural experiences to enhance guest itineraries.
  • Maintain thorough records of guest preferences, history, and feedback within the hotel management database.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Desk, or Concierge services in a luxury boutique hotel or premium service environment.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a strong advantage.
  • Impeccable grooming, high energy, and a charismatic, service-oriented personality.
  • Exceptional communication, active listening, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
