Tanggung Jawab
- Welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival with personalized attention
- Managing check-in/check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
- Coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless service
- Resolving guest complaints professionally and documenting solutions
- Maintaining detailed records of guest preferences and feedback
- Assisting with special arrangements and event coordination
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in guest relations or customer service role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in reservation systems and office software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
