In this role, you will be the face of our hostel, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and valued during their stay in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Bali. You will handle front desk operations, manage guest inquiries, and contribute to a fun, safe, and memorable environment for travelers from around the world. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card distribution.
- Answer and direct phone calls, manage emails, and handle incoming inquiries regarding room availability and local services.
- Assist guests with travel arrangements, tour bookings, and local transportation recommendations.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update reservation systems in MS Office.
- Address guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and management to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hospitality or hostel industry.
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A friendly, service-oriented attitude with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
