Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the first point of contact, providing a warm and professional welcome to all members and guests.
- Manage table reservations and seating plans effectively to optimize dining room capacity and service flow.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with club members, recognizing regulars and anticipating their specific preferences.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with grace, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate closely with the F&B service and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless transition from reception to table service.
- Maintain the guest database, ensuring all member profiles and special requests are accurately recorded.
- Ensure the reception and dining entrance areas are consistently clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special club events and F&B promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or a Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a guest relations, hosting, or front-of-house role within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural ability to engage with people from various backgrounds.
- Polished professional appearance and adherence to high grooming standards.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for managing reservation systems and member databases.
