Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are exceeded
- Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and professionalism
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP and regular guests to enhance loyalty
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting club services and facilities to guests
- Handle guest complaints with diplomacy and find satisfactory solutions
- Assist in organizing special events and ensure their successful execution
- Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and feedback for personalized service
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a luxury environment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international setting
- Knowledge of local attractions and amenities in Bali is advantageous
- Proficiency in reservation systems and hotel management software
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
