As the first point of contact for our international and local clientele, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone for an unforgettable dining and leisure experience. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, managing guest flows, ensuring high-service standards, and contributing to the unique, high-energy environment that Chiringuito Del Kabron is famous for.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage restaurant bookings, table assignments, and guest waitlists effectively.
  • Ensure smooth guest flow and communication between the front-of-house and service staff.
  • Proactively address guest inquiries, special requests, and feedback to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain a polished and welcoming entrance and lobby area at all times.
  • Provide detailed information to guests regarding our menu, events, and venue services.
  • Assist in the promotion of venue activities and upsell services where applicable.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role (GRO, Host, or Front Office).
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a significant advantage.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle various personality types professionally.
  • Ability to remain calm, poised, and efficient during high-traffic periods.
  • Strong organizational skills and familiarity with reservation management systems.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering excellence in guest service.
